This weekend: 15 UpOnTop teams are headed to the Florida Winter Volleyball Fest! With tournament season officially underway, it’s time to start inviting recruiting coaches to your courts to watch you play.

Here’s the tactic: Email NOW. Introduce yourself with your name, position and graduation year in the subject of the email. In the body of the email, share your interest in their program, and invite them to watch you play. Be sure to include your FieldLevel or NCSA link with highlights in the event they can’t attend. Next week, send a follow up email with highlights from this weekend’s tournament. I like to call this the sandwich method. You want to contact them before and after each tournament, and ideally, you’re reaching out as soon as schedules are posted (usually the Wednesday before). In case you missed it, here are your schedules: https://events2.sportwrench.com/events/4f4868d73/search-result/clubs?search=upontop.

Good luck!!
